Culinary Arts Management (BA)

The mission of the Bachelor of Arts Degree in Culinary Arts Management is to provide a market-driven, competency-based education that integrates academics and hands-on learning and instruction. The practical culinary skills and management courses in this program will provide a foundation for the graduate to advance in the Culinary Arts field as well as prepare them for entry-level management positions in the foodservice industry. Graduates will be prepared to seek entry-level positions such as Restaurant or Kitchen Manager, and, once enriched by additional professional experience, graduates may pursue more advanced positions such as Sous-Chef, Chef de Cuisine or Food & Beverage Director.
